Obsessed anti-smoker Helmut Khan, 37, has been quizzed by police after he dangled his neighbour from a third floor apartment balcony when he refused to stub out the cigarette he was puffing in Memmingen, Germany. A police spokesman said: "The smoker dismissed the idea that smoking was bad for the health - it seems the anti-smoker had other ideas and wanted to prove a point."

Are they starting a new trend in Austria, as it appears from the article that the police found this funny, but then again it was only a smoker. I thought the days of persecution were long gone, seems not, it's alive and well only with a new section of society as the persecuted & hated. People should be careful what they wish for, who knows it might create another monster in our midst. Although there's plenty of monsters that exist in the hate a smoker campaign movement.
