Angry drinker Marcin Szmoz, 30, has been fined 200 GBP for swearing at the badge on a policeman's cap in Kroakow, Poland.
Szmoz had started loudly telling other drinkers how he hated to see the badge after he spotted an officer standing outside the pub.
A prosecutor's office spokesman explained it was an offence to abuse the eagle symbol.
