Euro 2012: Violence Grows
Russian police have surrounded Poland's embassy in Moscow over fears that the violence from the countries' Euro 2012 clash in Warsaw will grow.
Scores of people were injured on Tuesday when Polish and Russian fans fought a series of vicious street battles with each other and riot police.
Now police in the Russian capital have increased numbers outside Poland's embassy to prevent revenge attacks on the staff and building.
"Security measures have been increased due to the possibility of hooligan incidents," a police spokesperson told local media.
Polish police arrested nearly 200 fans during Tuesday's clashes and believe more Russian thugs could be on their way to Warsaw.
Russian media reports that a hard core of "serious thugs" are heading to Warsaw for revenge.
