Sex To Lose Weight Latest Fad For A Great Figure And Healthy Complexion

Sex To Lose Weight Latest Fad For A Great Figure And Healthy Complexion

A roly-poly Romanian dancer has become a hit in her home town after claiming she managed to lose weight and get fit for her summer programme through a 'love diet' that meant just having frequent sex.

Celebrity dancer Jasmine, who in reality is 35-year-old Ioana Gheorghiu, performs every summer at VIP clubs mainly in Romania's seaside resorts, but said that over the winter she had struggled to keep in shape and lose weight.

She said: "I tried lots of diets to get fit and back in shape, but none of it really worked. But then I met my new boyfriend and I started working on our own special exercise regime, that meant lots of love making. And that really worked.

"I have a lot of shows this summer, and I am pleased to say I am sure my weight loss regime would work for anyone. It involves just a lot of sex day and night, no matter when, just sex and more sex."

She said it had also improved her complexion and made her feel younger and fitter than she had for ages.

"The only extra thing I need is some tanning. That and the man I now have next to me, who is a great man, otherwise he wouldn't be there. A man who is understanding, attentive and just wonderful," she said.
