Innsbruck political scientist Claudia von Werlhof has accused the USA of being behind the Haitian earthquake in January, it emerged today (Tues).
According to a report on tirol.orf.at, Werlhof said that machines at a military research centre in Alaska used to detect deposits of crude oil by causing artificial earthquakes might have been intentionally set off to cause the Haitian earthquake and enable the USA to send 10,000 soldiers into the country.
Ferdinand Karlhofer, the head of the Innsbruck Political Science Institute where von Werlhof works, has slammed her comments. He said such conspiracy theory had no scientific basis and her claim would damage the reputation of the Institute abroad.

One must cast no aspersions against the empire and its right to deploy its beloved weapons in the pursuit of its god given corpocratic militocracy's bottom line (the not so almighty blood spattered dollar). Currently making the rounds is the poisoning of a French village with LSD by the CIA in 1951. ameriKa ONLY wants to help humanity have a nice trip! The Danish scientist that discovered nano thermite in multiple specimens of World Trade Center dust does not understand that ameriKa loves its own people too and even if the conspiracy theories of Saudi camel herders flying commercial jets into buildings on 9 11 prove to be total fabrications it still does not mean that amerika doesn't love you all. Sometimes planet ameriKa must do bad things for reasons that sheeple and tax cattle will not always grasp. Now go back to sleep or we will drone you too! A spokesperson for the USer shiny shit machine.

I am not accusing anybody. How could I? What I said about Haiti is that there is an international debate (in the Internet) going on whether this earthquake was a natural one or not. Everybody can have a look at this debate. So in order to find out what happened in reality there should be an interdisciplinary scientific research about it. What else? That´s the only logical consequence. So what are people blaming me for?

The EU also discussed this: http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getDoc.do?pubRef=-//EP//TEXT+REPORT+A4-1999-0005+0+DOC+XML+V0//EN The EU document said; "HAARP - a weapons system which disrupts the climate" Carnegie Endowment has The United Nations 1977 ENMOD treaty for download: http://www.carnegieendowment.org/static/npp/treaties/environmental_modification.pdf The UN document declares: “It is the understanding of the Committee that the following examples are illustrative of phenomena that could be caused by the use of environmental modification techniques as defined in Article II of the Convention: earthquakes, tsunamis; an upset in the ecological balance of a region; changes in weather patterns (clouds, precipitation, cyclones of various types and tornadic storms); changes in climate patterns; changes in ocean currents; changes in the state of the ozone layer; and changes in the state of the ionosphere.”

Actually, Claudia is correct and Ferdinand is in denial. Since that quake the US has rocked Chile and Turkey. Could North Korea and Iran be next? Tune in next week...
