Five outboard engines stolen at Vorarlberg boatyard

Thieves stole five outboard engines from a storage area at a boatyard in Hard, Vorarlberg, on the shore of Lake Constance yesterday (Mon), police said.

The thieves also ransacked the premises and stole a car radio. The stolen goods were worth between 15,000 and 20,000 Euros, police said, and the damage to the facility amounted to 4,000 Euros.

The thieves entered the boatyard through a hole in its chain-link fence.
