A 14-year-old teen who confessed having stabbed her mother to death wrote in her blog she would be "mega happy" about her mum’s death, it has emerged today (Thurs).
Angelika D. was arrested after hiding for hours in the Vienna Woods after the brutal killing last night. Her brother Daniel, 12, and their dad Miroslav discovered Svetlana, 37, lying in a pool of blood with a kitchen knife still sticking out of her chest in their flat’s bathroom when returning from work.
Police spokesman Roman Hahslinger said the teen had made a "disturbing impression" when officers arrested her. He added the girl claimed the murder was an accident, but admitted killing her mother after an argument about her frequent internet-surfing.
Now sick online diaries of the teenager were discovered. The girl – whose Czech family settled in Vienna a few years ago – listed x-rated horror movies such as "Saw", "Hostel" and "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" as her favourite films.
She wrote in November: "Today my mum and me quarrelled about surfing the internet again. When she asked my why I don’t do the washing instead of being online all the time and tried to take my notebook from me, I got aggressive and beat her.
"I would love to kill her. She once hit me after I called her a ‘cunt’ and a ‘bitch’. What a shame I didn’t grab a knife to slash her throat. […] Honestly, I promise the next time this happens I’ll knife her. And then she will perish and I will be mega happy.
"I’ll end up in jail, but that will be a hundred times better than living together with her."
The teenager has been put in custody in Vienna’s Josefstadt prison. She faces up to ten years in prison.
