Intimate Tattoos Liven Up Summer For Holidaymakers

Intimate Tattoos Liven Up Summer For Holidaymakers

A German woman is making a mint out of a new trend - intimate tattoos that vanish after just a week.

Anna Mondry from Munich, in Bavaria, Germany, said that the designs include an elephant for men, and cats, butterflies, and flowers for women.

As the business is going so well she is planning numerous other designs over the coming months to cater for new customers.

She said: "Many of my customers have already shaved away their pubic hair ready for the summer but some of them, especially the women, find that it's a bit too naked afterwards. For people like that there are now my tattoos.

"My designs are Temptoos, temporary tattoos, which vanish after about a week. On some people they last a bit longer, on others a bit less. It all depends on the skin type really."

She said many people want the name of a lover inscribed near their most intimate regions. She added: "The good thing about my artwork is that it is not permanent. So if the lover moves on, the name doesn't stay with the other half for the rest of his or her life, causing all sorts of embarrassment in the future.

"I think unlike the tattoos themselves, it is a trend that is here to stay."
